2026 Fall Core4 Session Helps Adults Build Routines That Fit Everyday Life

Fall schedules can make healthy routines harder to maintain. Monadnock Community Hospital’s Core4 Weight Management Program offers 12 weeks of nutrition guidance, personal goal setting, and weekly group support from Registered Dietitians.
The fall session meets Wednesdays from September 23 through December 16, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., at the Bond Wellness Center. There is no meeting on November 25.
The fee is $250, with financial assistance available for qualifying participants. No referral is required, and participants do not need to be current MCH patients. Registration is limited to 10 participants.
