TEAM Jaffrey is looking forward to an amazing summer celebrating Jaffrey! We are so excited for the return of TEAM Jaffrey’s Community Farmers’ Market, Concerts on the Common, and Riverfest. We have been planning all year, and truly feel like this summer will be one to remember. Our Farmers’ Market will start on Fridays, from June 2 through September 29 on the Jaffrey Public Library Lawn from 3-6pm. We have over 12 amazing local vendors, farmers, bakers, and more. MCH Celebrates 100 Years of Caring
Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH) was built from the generosity and dedication of community leaders who had a vision of opening a hospital in the rural Monadnock region. Selflessly, in 1919, Mr. Robert Parmelee donated his unoccupied summer home to help make this community's vision a reality. On June 21, 1923, The Peterborough Hospital opened its doors to the public. Ewing Award Winners Show at the Jaffrey Civic Center It is the season of the Ewing Awards! Since 2015 awards have been given to artists of all media and styles in the Monadnock region recognizing artistic excellence and community devotion. The Keene Sentinel, and Arts Alive! have sponsored this recognition of the many artists working in this aesthetically rich and varied geographic area. This May, the Jaffrey Civic Center will open all their galleries to recognize Ewing award winners of the past.
