Aureole Trio with Jazimina MacNeil
Electric Earth presents its annual Fall Foliage Concert Electric Earth Concerts celebrates autumn with a concert by the Aureole Trio and mezzo- soprano Jazimina MacNeil. The concert takes place Sunday, October 9 at 4pm at the First Church in Jaffrey. The Aureole Trio has performed at such distinguished venues as the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., and the chamber music societies of Chicago and St. Louis. This program starts with 18th century songs by Henry Purcell and includes works by Maurice Ravel, Ian Krouse and Israeli composers Paul Ben-Haim and Lior Navok. Jazimina MacNeil, a resident of Harrisville, has appeared this year in New Hampshire with the Apple Hill Quartet, at Carnegie Hall in New York and at the Tanglewood Festival in Lenox, Massachusetts.
